Power by Linear / Analog Devices’ LTC6813 is a multi-cell battery stack monitor. This device can measure up to 18 series connected battery cells with a total measurement error of less than 2.2 mV. The cell measurement range of 0 V to 5 V makes the LTC6813 suitable for most battery chemistries. All 18 cells can be measured in 290 μs, and lower data acquisition rates can be selected for high noise reduction.

Power Integrations announced that two members of its SCALE-iDriver™ gate-driver IC family are now certified to AEC-Q100 Grade Level 1 for automotive use. The two parts, SID1132KQ and SID1182KQ, are suitable for driving 650 V, 750 V and 1200 V automotive IGBT and SiC-MOSFET modules, and are rated for peak currents of +/-2.5 A and +/-8 A respectively.
