Mini OLED displays from RAYSTAR OPTRONICS

TME offer includes miniature OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode) graphic displays from RAYSTAR OPTRONICS. These COG (Chip-On-Glass) displays are fitted with a flexible, solderable FFC. Compact dimensions, low power consumption and a wide temperature range make them a perfect choice for portable electronics and all kinds of IoT (Internet of Things) applications.

The main features of the displays are:

• 0,91” and 1,04” screens;
• dimensions 30x11,5x1,45mm (displays size 0,91”) and 33,4x14,5x1,65mm (displays size 1,04”);
• 128x32 resolution;
• viewing angle approx. 160°;
• brightness up to 120cd/m²;
• high contrast ratio 2000:1;
• SSD1306BZ controller;
• supply voltage from 2,8V DC to 3,3V DC;
• operating current from 5mA to 7mA.
